We want you to love your Il Gattopardo certificate. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day no-quibble guarantee

If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of your order at hello@ilgattopardo.com and we'll arrange a refund or replacement.

Digital certificates

Because digital certificates are delivered instantly, we ask that you only request a refund if there's a genuine problem (wrong name, didn't arrive, not as described). We'll happily re-issue a corrected certificate at no charge.

Printed & framed orders

• If your printed or framed certificate arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint and reship it free of charge.
• Because each item is personalised to order, we can't resell returns — but our guarantee above still applies.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
