Shipping & Delivery

Digital certificate

Every order includes a digital PDF certificate, emailed to the address you provide within minutes of purchase. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder, then email hello@terradelgattopardo.com.

Printed & framed orders (US only)

• Printing (+$30) and framing (+$59) are currently available for delivery within the United States. We do not post to Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
• We collect your shipping address at checkout for these orders.
• Printed and framed pieces are usually posted the same business day, and US mail then takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive.
• We'll email you the day your order is posted. Pieces travel by regular USPS mail, without a tracking number.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout, as we can't be responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of order. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped.
